Chi Gong has been practiced in China to improve health for over two thousand years.  Using established techniques, we can help you cultivate health from the inside out, developing and enriching the whole person.  Our classes emphasize gentle movements and deep breathing to increase circulation, balance the body, and boost energy levels.
