Our MMA program consists of a combination of MMA specific drills (derived from
Erik Paulson's Combat Submission Wrestling system), No Gi Jiu-Jitsu, and
Kickboxing.
Students who join this program attend the MMA classes on Tuesday and Saturday, as well as the No Gi Jiu-Jitsu class on Tuesday, and the Kickboxing on Tuesday.
