Our Instructors experience ranges from 8 yrs to 19 yrs training and teaching
Jeet Kune Do and Thai Boxing.
We teach a combination of JKD
Kickboxing, which we have learned from Sifu Dan Inosanto, who is the
acknowledged successor to Bruce Lee's system, and Muay Thai which was taught to
us by Ajarn Chai Sirisute who introduced Thai Boxing to the U.S in 1968.
We call this blend of systems Jing Mo Kuen, which is a Chinese term for Best
Martial Art, or as we prefer to think of it, "The Art of Refining our Martial
Arts" since we are always seeking to improve both ourselves and our Art.
The benefits we develop in the classroom permeates our entire life and gives us greater control of ourselves physically and mentally.

Training is comprised of timed
partner drills using focus mitts and Thai pads, as well as bag work and timing
drills. During the course of the training, the students learn the most efficient
counters to basic kickboxing attacks and we work these with various combination
attacks to keep sharpening our ability to punch and kick with accuracy and
power.
